Warranty service

Stanko Indo works only with trusted suppliers. By using our installation and commissioning services, you can be assured of the longevity and reliability of your equipment. We provide warranty service for all equipment purchased from us for the period specified by the manufacturer and in the supply contract.

Machine failure can be caused by improper operation, improper adjustment of certain components, or overload, wear and tear, or failure of individual machine components. Equipment failure leads to downtime and lost profits. To reduce the likelihood of these problems, in addition to the warranty provided by the supplier, our company offers periodic maintenance.

Post-warranty repair and maintenance of supplied metal-cutting equipment

If the customer so requires, Stanko Indo service specialists will perform repairs and maintenance on the supplied equipment even after the warranty period has expired. This type of work is performed under a separate contract, and the cost of such work is agreed upon by the parties on a case-by-case basis.
